A hotel overlooking one of the most famous meadowland of the Grand Paradis National Park necessarily had to evoke a bunch of flowers. At the boundaries of Cogne, overlooking the glaciers and the peaks of the unique completely Italian "4000" mountain, Le Bouquet is a brand new construction built according to the ancient traditions of the Aosta Valley.

	The Mappelli family created this hotel and personally runs it, with the same passion the members of this family display at the Vittorio Sella hut since many years, in a region of the Grand Paradis Park crowded with chamois and steinbocks. According to the alpine tradition, a big stove is situated in the centre of the common rooms, of the living-room and of the breakfast room.The landscape of the Grand Paradis completes the lot! Many paths and mule-tracks start just around the hotel. In wintertime, you can wear your cross-country skis just in the doorway of the hotel. When you go outside, you find one of the most picturesque piste of the Alps. In the evening, a short walk leads you to discover the best restaurants in Cogne, where the residents of our hotel have particularly advantageous conditions.
